Pricing

Studio Helper has a very simple pricing model that ensures you only pay for what you use. It includes a low, flat monthly fee of $50, plus a very small per student charge of 20 cents per student.

Contracts are month to month. You can cancel anytime, and there are no extra fees or charges. If you decide to cancel, you can download all your data to your computer. We don't hold your data hostage. :)

To sign up, simply fill out the form on the right. You can try it free for 30 days, and if you decide you want to continue using it after that point, simply begin paying for it.

Pricing Examples

Let's say you have 50 students in your studio. That's 50 students * 20 cents (or $10), plus the $50 flat fee, so $60/month total.

Here are some othere examples:

• 100 students * $0.20 = $20 + $50 = $70/month total
• 200 students * $0.20 = $40 + $50 = $90/month total
• 300 students * $0.20 = $60 + $50 = $110/month total
• 301 students * $0.20 = $60.20 + $50 = $110.20/month total

And remember, you only pay for what you use. So if you only have 103 students, you only pay for 103 students ($70.60), not for some larger plan that you're not fully using.
